The front ladies were so sweet & welcoming. The consultation was very quick & straight to the point which I loved. My injector was Liana & she was absolutely amazing & made me feel very comfortable with the whole process since she knew it was my first time with fillers. I totally recommend V Line Clinic if you’re thinking about getting a few enhancements. 10 out of 10!!!

I came to V Line today for my laser CO2 and I had great experience with their staff the clinic was super soothing. Management and nurses were very friendly and explained everything to me. I felt super safe and will definitely come back soon to continue my laser treatments.

I recently went to vline for a hydrofacial appointment. The clinic is very clean，comfortable and advanced. It was definitely the most relaxing moment, Chris was even massaging my head and shoulder while i was doing my mask. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had an appointment for a HydraFacial, and the entire process took 75 minutes. After cleansing your face and moisturizing it, the technician also provided me with numerous suggestions for addressing my skin issues. Due to my dehydrated and tight cheeks, there was some stinging sensation when applying acid after cleansing, but it was tolerable. Following the application of a thick moisturizing mask, the technician also lightly massaged my shoulders and neck, leaving me feeling completely relaxed.

I received laser hair removal treatments at V Line for two years, so I am reviewing the results of my treatment and my experience there. The laser they use is the Vectus diode laser, and it is a good laser, MUCH better than the Soprano Ice I used at another med spa. Compared to Soprano Ice it’s less painful and gave far better results. My treatment area was the front and back of my torso (as a man) and I have been extremely happy with my overall hair reduction.

My experience, however, has been complicated. I purchased two-year packages in 2020 that their website said came with “results guaranteed for 5 years”. In the two years that I received treatments, their staff turnover rate was very high; in fact, both of the laser specialists on their website, Kathy Bradford and Jake Back, aren’t there anymore. (The best person they have currently is Ga Young.) Their clerical staff turnover was high too, and accordingly, the quality of the service I received varied a lot. I also had appointments postponed many times–for a total of 22 weeks of the two years. Most of this time was not their fault (they needed a service part that was scarce because of the chip shortage), but about 1/3 of it was because they were disorganized and scheduled me at times they didn’t have a laser specialist available.

Their clerical staff is better now, and to V Line’s credit at the end of the two years they extended my time to make up for the postponements. But when I asked what their 5-year guarantee meant (which they’ve now removed from their website), the answer was, nothing whatsoever. I didn’t think I could pay for two years of treatments and receive five, of course, but my hope was that if I had significant regrowth within the five years, I could return for a complimentary touch-up. They gave me an emphatic NO.

I still recommend V Line for laser hair removal because their laser is effective, but you should not trust any of their promises or guarantees on faith, and I don’t recommend buying an extended package because you have no idea who will still be working there six months from now.

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The office is so clean, warm & welcoming. The staff are professional, so kind & made me very comfortable. My treatment options were explained in detail & the actual treatment was quick and painless. Would def recommend coming here 🙂

The clinic is clean and quiet, perfect atmosphere without any loud music or harsh light. No long wait, my visit felt very smooth and efficient.

The front staff was warm and welcoming, and my injector Katerina perfected my lips with an expert eye and gentle hands. I prefer to see natural results that focus on enhancing my looks, and I believe she has a great eye for achieving those results.

Definitely recommend, whether you’re a first timer or just looking for a new go-to clinic.

Queenie is so friendly, kind, professional and informative. I trust her judgement and I always get beautiful results. GaYoung Kim [Omi], the nurse that took care of me today, is the absolute best. She’s very light-handed and gentle, and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had. I plan to call the office to only request her. She is knowledgeable and has the best recommendations for what treatments I would benefit from. I believe they have my best interest in mind. 10/10 Lovely staff.

Ga Young and Queenie have been incredible with me. They are so kind and patient, and truly listen to my concerns. They keep me informed, are realistic and make me feel involved in my care instead of them just telling me what to do. I trust and feel very comfortable with them. I’d refer friends and family to them in heart beat. Everyone in the office is great! Super attentive and caring.
