I made an appointment via Doctolib, received a confirmation email, traveled 50 minutes, I rang the intercom without success, I told myself that I was 15 minutes early so maybe they were in care, I hung around in the building lobby (in the cold) until my appointment time, rang again several times… in short, I found the door closed and moved for nothing.

My opinion therefore does not apply to the quality of care but to the unpleasant experience.
