It has a doctor specialized in beauty and they give you a personal assessment at no cost. The bad thing about this clinic is that after having your treatment they try to put pressure on you to buy their products, which are also much more expensive. When you could buy them in dermatological pharmacies abroad at a lower cost.

Hello! I would be careful with the offer from the Beauty concept clinic group. The staff is friendly and all but the quality of the place and the service leaves a lot to be desired. (Low quality massage, you can hear the neighbors talking, a lot of noise on the street, super small place, you have to ask for music during the service otherwise they don’t play it, 50 minutes instead of 1 hour of massage etc etc…) . I wouldn’t go back.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! It was super relaxing. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here. I am from the USA and have never been to a spa in the U.S. with estheticians that are so friendly and helpful like the ones here at Beauty Concept. The services are also amazing. I will totally be back ☺️

Excellent! I had a CO2 Laser service for stretch marks and with 3 sessions my skin improved 90%. Everyone is very friendly, they always offer you a bottle of water and Dr. Brenda is very professional!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had an appointment today at 7:00 PM and when I arrived 5 minutes before the time, the guard told me that no one was there and that everyone had already left. I had to send a message to let them know that it had arrived and they didn’t answer me. He had to call the guard to ask them what was happening to which they told him that the doctor had to leave due to personal problems. I understand that sometimes problems arise that are not in our hands, but at least out of decency they should notify their patients. They didn’t even offer to reschedule me at that time.

It should be noted that I came alone by Uber from afar and I had to ask permission from my work to be able to get there. Now I am outside alone, not knowing how to get back because they were going to pick me up in an hour and their solution was to only give me a 15% discount on the procedure.
