STAFF‼️ I did a search on Instagram and Google and it looks like they have good reviews but after going to the clinic for sclerotherapy, I realize how much of a nightmare, greedy, money pit this place actually is. ‼️MALPRACTICE‼️

I have had sclerotherapy before, so I know how my body responds to it and I also know that it doesn’t take that many sessions for the treat. You can also look anywhere online to find this information. When they told me that for my treatment plan, it would be five sessions. I thought that was a lot, but I was trusting that they were ethical in their practices… I do not have any other side effects from the veins other than aesthetic issues, which means that this should be exceptionally easy to treat.

Fast-forward to SIX sessions and then telling me I needed to pay for a seven still with no results whatsoever and three months in! ZERO. The nurse who is treating me for half of the sessions was completely inept. Anytime the doctor was in the room. He was explaining to her how to properly do the treatment, and I felt very nervous because she seemed like she did not know what she was doing anytime that I went to her… This is a relatively painless process, and she kept jab and poking me because she was able to find the vein which are very apparent because you can see them very clearly on my legs and through the light that they use. I am not exaggerating, when I say, half of the fluid from the needle was dripping out of the syringe and outside of my body. HALF.

When I asked to speak to the doctor, the reception kept telling me to let them know what they needed. They do not value or respect patient privacy whatsoever. After several request to have the doctor call me because I did not feel comfortable speaking to the reception about my health. Finally, he called.

He told me he would give me three free sessions of ozone, which literally did nothing. I only went to one, because I just could not believe the bold face lies of this completely unethical surgeon. Nothing that they injected me with worked.

What did they put into my body??!???

I went to another Doctor who confirmed that there is absolutely no reason that I shouldn’t have had the results after three sessions, maximum five, and that would be if we were getting very detailed and every single vein that was in my legs. My legs look exactly the same with the veins as they did when we started the process and it’s 4 months later.

The silver lining is that I am an influencer in health and wellness and have a specific market in Mexico City with over 150,000 people who I have shared with about these unethical practices and those people are also spreading the word. You will also be reading this, and hopefully sharing with people in your network that this doctor should be put out of business for scamming his patients . Other people on Google here have also wanted to do a lawsuit against him, which I am fully open to. His justice will be paid. Feel free to reach out to me if you have experienced the same and would like to take legal action.

I will also be doing a formal complaint so that his business can be put out of because I can’t even imagine what he is doing to people under the knife in surgery if this is how he is treating injections. Stay clear from the space, because God only knows the horrors and damage that he could be causing your body!

I had full body laser hair removal done and it worked! There are very few left but they gave me another complimentary session, excellent place! The attention, the doctor, Diana wooow!

Terrible service. There is no respect for the patient. The doctor who treated me, instead of helping me with my skin problem, started scolding me. They rescheduled my appointment until after a month, due to the need to want to improve I agreed, however when I sent them WhatsApp to confirm my appointment they informed me at the mere hour “that the doctor had had a setback” and could not attend to me, they I asked for the appointment to be rescheduled and they never responded to me. But they charged me 1000 for a 10-minute consultation and the doctor’s scolding was free, fortunately they didn’t charge me for that. Don’t come, they have no way of treating people, much less ethics, I was waiting a month for my treatment and they left me standing.

Good morning, I tell you that I went for sclerotherapy treatment. The first time was on June 7, the second appointment was on June 14 and in this appointment, the injections that they give you, Dr. Yoali Hernández did not know how to give me correctly, what is it? what he treated me and a few days later my left leg began to swell a lot. I called him and he told me that it was normal and by Friday and Saturday it was too swollen. They took me to the emergency room to have an ultrasound and it was done. a thrombus, and now they are going to operate on me to remove the clots that formed.

So I definitely do not recommend them if you do the treatment it is at your own risk.
