Cancelled my appointment
Dr Marcos canceled our appointment the day before the appointment. The office’s excuse was that Dr Marcos was on vacation. His office rescheduled with his collogue for the same time & treatments. The office tried to get me do a facial/treatment (for treatments we didint want) and wait while the other Dr arrives. Which the other Dr didn’t arrive. The Dr called to say they were stuck in traffic and could not make it in time. There is a lack of professionalism & communication between providers and staff. Not only that, the lack of respect for their protentional clients and not caring or hearing their concerns.
I used the app Doctoralia, which they told me to use. I left a bad review on the app. Which didn’t get published because they confirmed that I was NOT a patient.
Good staff and Doctor
Marco and his staff are really professional. I love traveling from abroad just be treated on anti-aging procedures. Can’t thank them enough for their options and non-invasive treatments.

Dr. Marcos is a master of his craft which is exactly what I was looking for during my visit to Mexico City. I will definitely travel back to see him and his staff for future treatments.

Highly recommended, they have treatments to treat alopecia or baldness.
I loved the treatment and detail they have with each person, from the moment you arrive until you leave you feel accompanied, even in the process of your entire treatment, they give you attention.

Didnot get my desired results
I bought a package of hair removal sessions, I went to all the sessions and my feedback was that I did not notice a decrease in hair growth. They offered me two additional sessions which I took but the hair still came back like the first time. I commented and they told me they were going to check it out. It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting, I don’t think I got what they promised, the sessions were painful and I thought I would see a good result, which never came. However, the staff was always friendly.
