The dynamics of the “consultation” were like this: Dr. Rodrigo’s assistant entered the office, in 10 minutes she asked me 5 questions. Then Dr. Rodrigo came in to dictate in 3 minutes a list of treatments to use, which of course you have to buy there. He didn’t even ask my name. Conclusion, I charge for a 3 min “consultation” without any review.

Disappointed! I am left with the impression that they only care about money. I went for the first time for a treatment and at the time of paying they wanted to charge me the full cost, even though on their networks they published that treatment with a % discount, so I told the reception staff the real amount I had to pay and they said “Those who didn’t know” told me that I was right.

Last week I went again giving them a chance and naively thinking that perhaps on my 1st visit they really missed the issue of applying a discount, my biggest surprise was that on this 2nd visit there was also a discount and they wanted to charge me 100% of the cost of the treatment; I had to show the message at reception where they themselves confirmed the discount and at that moment the lady at reception told me to give her a few minutes to check it with another area, which I didn’t see her do, she just wrote something down on a sheet and charged me with the discount applied (were those who “didn’t know” done it again?).

The truth is I don’t know if it is an internal organization between those who inform you of prices vs those who treat you in the clinic, but that attitude generates distrust, I will not go again.

The doctors serve very quickly, many cosmetologists do not do the procedures well.

The treatment of two receptionists is horrible, one with short black hair and the other one with glasses. They constantly criticize patients and make everything very cumbersome and when you want to schedule online they create a thousand obstacles. The worst thing is that you have to know the promotions because if you don’t care, they will charge you everything and when you tell the receptionists that the treatments have discounts they get angry. Many of us complain about these two women and they do nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

They respond very quickly as if the consultation were worth 3 pesos and that is not good.

The facilities are very nice, the attention is personalized and they explain in detail, the prices are reasonable, I would recommend it!

The service is very efficient, dr. Paulina has followed my process and it has gone quite well for me.
