3. Counter-Notice

If you believe a review was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice:

  • Include Necessary Information: Provide the following details in your counter-notice:

    • Identification of the removed content.

4. Reinstatement of Content

If a valid counter-notice is received, Verified Care will:

  • Reinstate the Content: Restore the removed review to the platform.
  • Notify the Complainant: Inform the original complainant about the counter-notice.
