Great body massage
This week, i received a complete body message at Kpala SPA. Everything was perfect, from the reception until the end of the session. I recommend Kpala Spa to everyone, who wants to relax and forget the stress of daily life. Thank you again 😀
Good place and Affordable prices
Cozy, small but functional spa that provides all the services you’d need. Prices are affordable and there are packages. As someone who regularly goes to spas and had facials, I had a hydra facial with extraction for about 1 hr of which I had an appointment for. Products used are from Spain but would not consider them to be as good as the Korean products. Had a upper lip wax but was not super impressed with how it was handled but gave the lady who did it a shot. I have a slight upper lip abrasion that’ll heal but it’s not something I’ll go back to again. Also staff spoke little English and asked for WhatsApp, so just make sure you have that installed and also what to expect. Overall, it was a pretty good experience if you need a facial but I’d reconsider the wax.
Bad staff
The receptionists do not communicate with each other. I gave my mom a specific facial and they gave her the one they wanted, which was obviously more expensive. They also did not evaluate him. What was going to be a nice moment turned into awkwardness.
Ambiance good but not the results
A quiet place with good attention. The lightening treatment did not work for me, it was creams and a session every fifteen days. On average I spent almost 5 thousand pesos. I don’t recommend it

Had a great experience at Kpala Spa. Staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Facility was very clean and provided a relaxing environment.I got a hydrofacial with Liliana and was one of the best I’ve ever received. She was very knowledgeable and catered to my skin needs. I would highly recommended.

Karen was great and very thorough. The spa is located inside a medical office building. It is clean, professional and easy to book via WhatsApp. They have a PDF explaining their services in English and Spanish. Clean, professional, very happy with how my skin looks and feels!! Thank you 🙂
