Worst products and treatment ever. They took a huge amount of money and there is no effect on my face and back spots. Everytime they used to say it will take time. And suddenly they told me that your session is over. You can renew your session. Big looters. I will not recommend to any one. Staff are good and polite but treatment is not at all good

This clinic is extremely unprofessional and unsafe—I suffered a burn during a facial hair removal session, leaving a permanent mark and swelling. Despite paying ₹25,000, they refused a refund, ignored my concerns, and charged me for “complimentary” products. Avoid this place and opt for a qualified dermatologist for proper and safe treatment.

However, I disliked being pressured to give a 5-star review immediately after my first session, which felt inappropriate. While the service was great, reviews should be voluntary and reflect the overall experience.

This kaya clinic is only good until you buy package. And then when you take the package, they will tell that what other things we should take. Quality of services is very poor. The staff is only concern on their targets of selling the packages.
