I was referred to Medaesx by a colleague for PRP. I had a serious hairfall issue. My first interaction with Dr. Palakk was extremely assuring. We discussed the most likely reason of the issue including diet, lifestyle, myths & belief. We discussed the course of treatment and various other options available. I was pleased to see the caring indulgence entire team puts into each patient being attended.

My experience here was terrible—I signed up for 4 PRP sessions, and after 3 months and 3 sessions, there was no improvement in my hair condition. Instead of addressing the issue, they blamed me and refused a refund, wasting both my time and money. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to save yourself from such a shameful experience.

Terrible experience—Palak and her staff provided the worst service, experimenting with my skin and burning my face with CO2 laser treatment. Despite enduring pain, there were no improvements; my skin only worsened, and they kept asking for more money. Please avoid this place and consult a qualified dermatologist instead of these fake cosmetologists.
