It was my first time at Fulcrum and it won’t be my last. The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone I interacted with was hospitable and professional, especially Karolina. She provided the best facial I have ever had and I left feeling relaxed and glowy. She was thorough in her process and listened to my skin concerns. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Danielle went above and beyond for my last minute appointment. She did not have to accommodate my late walk in, but did so with grace and kindness. I feel like I found my “place” and will only use Danielle for anything wrinkles related in the future. I will definitely be back. She is a top notch injector and I highly recommend.

I’ve seen Emily a couple times for Microneedling with PRP, and have always had a great experience. From being greeted upon entry with a beverage, to walking out to make my next appointment, everyone has been great. Emily is very personable and knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. Emilio did an absolutely amazing job on my lips! It was my first time receiving filler, I was looking for a natural enhancement and he achieved it perfectly! He walked me through the entire process and made sure to address all my concerns & ease my anxiety. He also made sure to follow up after to make sure I was still happy with my results. He makes you feel at ease because he is so professional and intentional. He is the only injector I will be seeing now!!!

I went in today for a ‘splendid mama’ facial which I received a gift card from my husband for. I do not recommend this facial as I did not feel it was worth the $275 price. He thought it would be a good idea as I was feeling a need for a facial and this is pregnancy-safe. It felt like a cleanse with hour long face massage with lotion. I didn’t feel like there was anything effective for my skin, wish I would have taken my money elsewhere and gotten a different type and more effective facial. When I expressed these feelings to the front desk, there was no attempt to try to find a solution for me. Why ask how everything was if the answer doesn’t matter to you? Will not recommend not return unfortunately.
