Website was very clear, appointment was easy to make. The lady at the counter greeted you in a friendly manner and you immediately felt at home here. I am an M1 customer and am always very happy with the results and look forward to another treatment afterwards.

I have been a customer at M1 in Mitte for years. The doctors (no matter who) are all great! Very competent and I am always happy with the result. However, one or two receptionists are even worse. I’m surprised they’re still allowed to work there with such unfriendly and arrogant behavior! Unfortunately, the lady wasn’t wearing a name tag today, otherwise I would have liked to openly describe her behavior. I see that this is not an isolated case! Not recommended. Next time I will choose a different practice. Since I will need 1-2 treatments per year, I thought that a chain like this would be a good choice. I wanted to have hyaluronic injections for the first time. I wanted to try 1-1.5g to see how I tolerated it and what the effect was. The therapist was very pushy and wanted to inject about 3g straight away. I was shown a list and offered the most expensive product because the other products apparently weren’t good (why are they on offer at all?) Whether the more expensive product was actually sprayed and whether the work was done cleanly or perhaps sprayed next to it is unclear I can’t judge it exactly, I’ll only find out the next time I use it at another practice. It was positive that we were able to get an appointment quickly. The negative thing was that I had to wait 45 minutes despite having an appointment. The lady at reception was nice. A major point of criticism is the intrusiveness of the treatment and that the advice leaves a lot to be desired (better knowledge of German on the part of the therapist would be desirable so that everything can be understood correctly). After all, you spend a lot of money and want to have a good feeling and result.
