Unstatisfied not recommended
The therapists are nice. But if your area of concern requires stronger than 755nm treatment i don’t recommend this place. I asked for treating the area of concern but the dr I saw recommended the whole face treatment instead(it cost more $ ofc). I had 4 times treatment but my area of concern had very little improvement. I’m currently having 1064 nm at another clinic improvement and I could see better result regarding my area of concern.

Love coming to Melbourne clinical laser. I see Chloe for my cosmetic injecting and Cara for my regular Hydrafacial and LED treatments. The team are fantastic, never pushy with a sale but always educating me about treatments and products. Can’t wait for my next treatment.
Amazing skin booster experience
I’ve been battling with severe dehydrated and dry skin throughout lockdown. Fine lines was starting to show up. Had a session of skin booster with Chloe last month and fine lines are completely gone. My skin feels so hydrated. Can’t wait for my second next week. Thanks Chloe!
very bad experience and terrible service
Terrible service and dodgey prices. I had initially booked for picosure face which is $499. Then, when I asked how much the picosure body was, they said they will get back to me and said it was the same price as picosure face. But then they must have seen i was too easy (cuz that’s what my mum told me) or too nice (what i think) and they said it was $599. Next time, i do the picosure body and when i was PAYING, they said the price was $899 and i was so shocked at the AUDACITY, because on their website i had BOOKED for Picosure Body $599. And Ashley, the person serving me, acted as if I can pay the $599 as if they didn’t just change the price right there and then at the checkout. The AUDACITY/MANIPULATION. They said next time i’ll have to pay $899 which is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive when I thought $599 is ALREADY expensive. They claimed the Picosure Body was too large of an area for the price, when all they did was the back (and not even the full back cuz i still have a single mole on the bottom and birthmarks on my side), but the Picosure Body- THE PICOSURE BODY SPECIFICALLY SAYS IT IS FOR THE WHOLE BODY. THAT’s what BODY is, the whole DAMN body. Not 1/2 a body, not 1/4 body, but THE BODY. Upset, unsatisfied, disgusted at the customer service and for their manipulating prices. Don’t go this place guys if you want to be ripped-off.
