Aesthetica Cosmetic Clinic

The entire experience at Aesthetica was beyond relaxing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a serene and calming atmosphere. The treatment room was beautifully lit, with a cozy ambiance that immediately put me at ease – separating this clinic from the rest. I even enjoyed warm cups of tea during my treatments, which was such a thoughtful touch! It really felt like a luxurious retreat.

Would never use these services again. The girl with the long dark hair on the website gave me a consultation. She looked nervous and sometimes sounded unsure of what she was trying to sell. Displayed no real confidence.

She went on and on and on and at the end told me she didn’t have the products that would be suitable for my skin.

I lost interest the first 5 minutes in .

I was seated in reception again and handed a sparkling water .

No glass , no straw.

I was taken upstairs where I waited 15 minutes for someone while the girls chit chatted downstairs.

I had to call out to them to remind them I was there.

Then another girl came upstairs and talked blah , blah again.

I finally got to the room where I’d booked a small facial.

Whilst I layed down and the girl did the treatment , not once did she explain what she was doing and what product she was using.

Slip slap and I was done.

As part of the facial price I was to be given a skin analysis in the machine but the machine was not working.

Since then no one has touched base to ask me if I’d like to still receive this service which I payed for.

The reception of the buisness is very modern , the toilet area is disgusting and the service was not there.

I think all the girls assume that their Kardashian look alike dress sense will win the customers ???

Being presentable is a must in any buisness but you have to supply the goods.

I think they are all too focused on their appearance which is a bit night clubby instead of what people walk into the buisness for.
