Horrible place. Complete scams.

The last time I made a review for Skin MPLS was 2019 (on Yelp) and I loved them then and still do now – enough to even want to update my review haha. If you want to see results, my photo is the first one on yelp and my skin has since improved even more than the after shot. I have been going since 2016 and can still say I love Cassie and her team so much. My confidence and skin have both never been better!

I have been consistently seeing Haley for the past few years and she is phenomenal all around. My skin and my heart are always so happy after. Amanda is another fav and I love getting to chat with her before and after sessions. I could not recommend a better group of ladies to take care of you and your skin!

Lastly, if you do not make it out to see to them, I at least recommend going through their instagram and blog – usually I hate following business accounts because I just feel spammed, but their social media is actually helpful – I love reading their guides and watching their routines. I’ve been able to amp up my routine and products based on their reels and recs.

My skin was a mess after stopping birth control. I lost all of my confidence & I felt so helpless. A friend of mine recommended Skin MPLS after many failed visits to my dermatologist. I somehow had a small sliver of hope left that anything would help my skin. Lindsey changed my life. She educated me and gave me hope. I love the skin care line as it not only has cleared my acne, it also takes a holistic route. My skin is 98% better after 8 weeks. Skin MPLS gave me my confidence back.

Skin MPLS is great! Lindsey took time to learn about my skin, routine, and goals. I appreciated her expertise and the way she explained the different steps as she did them.

At the end of the session, she explained a few tips on how I could consider improving my routine/products.

My skin looks and feels great. The experience was relaxing and informative! I will definitely be back.

I hate that I am giving only three stars, but I’m bummed about the way my appointment went. I’ve been struggling with skin issues for years and have taken so much time to personally research skin care and good products. I was never able to afford getting regular facials until recently. I was seen today at skin mpls by someone who I could tell was busy. There was a client before me and a client waiting when I got done. I was really looking forward to getting an assessment done on my skin and learning about the treatments being done and the products recommended. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I lied on the bed and she just started applying products to my face and was using tools without telling me what they were. I guess I don’t need to hear every single thing she’s doing, but it would have been nice to have a warning before a vibrating or a suctioning tool was used on my face…

It just didn’t seem like she was interested in talking skin or skin care with me, which was a bummer because I think that’s a part of the experience.. being educated! I just felt uncomfortable asking questions at the end because I could tell she was trying to get me out. I even had to ask her for a product recommendation at the end and ended up purchasing. She didn’t give me any recommendations or tell me her observations.

I understand that people can shut down when things get busy or maybe she was having an off day. But this service was expensive and felt impersonal. I wish I would have learned more.

I have been visiting Skin MPLS since the very beginning… 10 years ago when Cassie was first starting out. I not only visited her for myself, a middle age mom looking to appear “better”, dealing with adult acne breakouts and melasma, but more importantly for my three children, 2 girls and a boy who have dealt with acne. Not wanting to do the “take a pill” route… I wanted to get to the root of the problem so they could be educated and have beautiful skin for the rest of their lives! Cassie, and eventually her team of amazing estheticians helped with all of our skin issues… and still to this day is the answer to our skincare needs. I can’t recommend Skin MPLS enough! Thank you Cassie and your awesome team… for making my family and myself feel and look beautiful! You rock!!

I use to see Cassie for over 10 years she was able to clear up my hormonal high school acne and got me feeling confident for college . Then in college because of stress and other factors I started coming back and seeing Bella and she has been a huge help in helping to clear up and manage my acne. Bella really takes the time to get to know you. She has a very well rounded way of treating acne. I always feel very heard, safe and taken care of when I go in to meet with anyone of the Skin MPLS staff, but speficically Bella. Bella really puts in effort and time in sending emails and checking in on how new products are feeling on my skin. I love Skin MPLS and I trust them with all of my acne needs!!

Cassie and Skin MPLS have completely transformed my skin! I love their approach to facials – the perfect balance of productive and relaxing! The atmosphere is calm and soothing and everyone in the office is just so pleasant to interact with! After almost 6 years at Skin MPLS, I can’t imagine ever trusting anywhere else with my face. Thank you Cassie and team!!

SKIN MPLS absolutely changed my skin for the better. I struggled with very stubborn hormonal acne, especially around the chin/mouth area and spent so much time in dermatology offices and so much money buying anything and everything I could that promised a fix. Nothing worked until I came here! Truly, after 3 visits, my breakouts are so much smaller, far less frequent, and my skin is the best it’s ever been. You do have to stick to a good routine with visits and invest in your skincare, but it is SO worth it. Kaila was extremely educational and recommended the best products and simplified my routine. I can’t say enough good things about her and SKIN MPLS!!

Clinician told me that this wasn’t supposed to be a relaxing facial. It was more of an educational facial. Halfway through the facial she said that this won’t do anything and products are 80% of it. Brings you into a little room and Pushed products at the end of the session….

It was nice to try this place I have heard a lot about it and got to try extractions for the first time done manually and hurt (alot).

Front dest lady was very sweet and welcoming.

There was also supposed to be a chemical peel that was included in my package which I did bring up during my session. I truly believe she was too lazy to do it and brushed it off. Facial consisted of buffering, shaving And manual extractions.
