I was a patient of Dr Phillip for 10+ years. He was wonderful. Unfortunately, he dismissed his entire staff and brought in an incompetent and rude woman as a partner who actually sits at the front desk and thinks that small things like answering the phone, emailing people, or God forbid, being nice to long-term patients that have left thousands of dollars in this practice, are beneath her. Fortunately, this is NYC, and there are hundreds of dermatologists who operate wonderful practices and protect long-term clients with all they have. I will never again return.

The nobody receptionist, who never introduced herself, or signed her name in her 11 pm emails, treated me like dirt. Caused extreme emotional trauma. Refused to provide further services or to correct what was done wrong by Dr Philip. She knows fully well I suffer from a severe neurological disability. This stress aggravated my condition. I spent almost $3,000 and was told by this nobody receptionist Doctor refuses to help me further or to correct what was done incorrectly. Was Doctor informed of this conversation? I highly doubt it. They ruined my face. Insulted me. Caused immense shame and distress. Yet to refund my money or issue an apology. Will bring a legal action for emotional distress.

I’ve been a client at Rejuvination for about 8 (or more years) and they are their staff are the only ones I would trust with treatment. I’ve always done Botox and have tried Kybells, with amazing results each time. The staff, including Dr. Phillip & Hannah, are very courteous and professional and Dr Phillip takes the time to explain what he’s doing and what to expect. I’ve recommended several colleagues to them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for med spa services in NYC.

Barbara is awesome, very knowledgeable and sweet, she actually made me feel very calm and relaxed during the procedure.

Hade my Botox done at rejuvenation with Barbra. This experience was a 10/10. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager with most pleasant disposition. There was almost non wait time, as I was brought into the room to meet Barbra. She gave me a consult and immediately got to work. Her hands must be made of gold!! I felt no pain and had no bruising after the treatment. The treatment was executed to perfection yielding the natural youthful results I desired. Barbra will be the only one touching my face from here on out.
