I had an appointment booked for April 13th with Dr. Gerstman, day of it was cancelled and i asked to take my friends appt instead with nurse emilia since she was not going to make it. They agreed and booked me as it got closer to time, they canceled me because they double booked someone else at that time slot and basically had nothing to say to me because they know they were at fault. I am super annoyed being that i had to rearrange my entire work schedule for this appointment and on top of the fact that i scheduled and needed it done on this particular day for my birthday the following week. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL I do not recommend and will not be booking in the future. I came in with my friend as she got her’s done and they could not make any accommodations for me. I wish i had something better to say but i don’t. All i can say is DO BETTER.
