poor attention from the dermatologist
She did not give me details and provided very vague instructions about the treatment. I took my daughter, who also had a consultation for some white spots on her face, and she attended to her for 15 seconds, didn’t even have her sit in the examination chair, and didn’t give any explanations.
Nellie, the esthetician, is simply amazing.
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I have been a client for years, and Nellie, the esthetician, is simply amazing. She has incredible knowledge and amazing skill. Each facial is customized to your own skin, and I walk out feeling like a new person every time.
Dr Zaiac is always so professional
My appointment was not until the following day, I had my dates confused! It didn’t matter, they took me right away instead of turning me back ,like most places. Dr Zaiac is always so professional and courteous. Thank you so much to everyone in the office!

I had such a great experience with my visit to Greater Miami skin & laser center the staff was very engaged in making sure I received the best of care the practitioner Annabelle Clement deserves a five star from the medical advice she relayed to me and for that I am forever grateful. So ! with that being said it was a great experience 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the warm and friendly staff.
I feel confident trusting him
I drove from Key Largo, an hour and a half away to see Dr. Z. I am so happy to find a dermatologist that actually sees me and has the latest equipment. He seems very knowledgeable and I feel confident trusting him to manage my concerns. His assistant is awesome too! She’s so friendly and moved here from Italy just to work with Dr. Z. The front office was also very friendly.
