First they emailed me, then they called me during work hours with some nonsense, then I found out it’s a new management and it’s horrible. They hired a robotic person that failed to answer my questions about what laser they use. She simply doesn’t know prices and instead of answering a simple question she offers to call.

Laser hair removal with Val changed my life. She’s is very meticulous and thoughtful about her work. I’ve only done 4 sessions with great results. The spa is clean and the staff are very friendly.

I had the best facial experience with her—my skin has never felt so refreshed and glowing. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone to take your skincare to the next level, I highly recommend checking her out!
