5 Stars! Best Dr. In Tijuana with a Legacy at Vive Med Spa
My friends and I love Dr. Ileana Avalos and have been seeing her for years. She does great work and really takes the time to analyze and explain in detail lasers & fillers and figure out what is best for you. The best part is she is so honest and doesn’t try to sell you. She takes great care of her patients. We cant wait to make the trip to TJ fro LA every few months to see her. She is located 1 mile from the boarder in a beautiful building.
Skilled Doctor and fantastic resuts
I had a buccal fat removal done here and she made the entire experience so smooth and comfortable. Her professionalism, skill, and attention to detail are unmatched. The results are fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Doctor Ileana Avalos at A-Sthetic Clinic!!

First-Time Perfection!
I received my first ever hydra facial a couple days back and I am absolutely in love with my results, I also received a bit of filler and I could not be more satisfied with my results thus far. The clinic is beautiful and the staff is amazing, the Dr is super helpful on educating you about specific filler and products. I absolutely loved my experience and I will definitely be coming back to visit. 🙏🏻
Excellent results. Fotona service
Super happy with my fotona results. I’ve got one session and coming today for my second. My skin looks brighter and the wrinkles are less deep. Also pet friendly! I came with my pup and we had a happy stay while me and my friends got our treatments done. Thank you!

Clinic is clean and has the most up to date and modern spa Facial techniques , Botox , filler , rejuvenating lasers , and my favorite Full body laser hair removal with the best laser out there Dr and Staff are very attentive. Quick reply with appointments and questions or any concerns A++++++++++
