The best skin consultation I have been to.

Dr. Oxana Zhumykina has asked profound questions about my habits, health, and skincare routine, and made a dermatologic photo analysis of my skin. Then she recommended a carefully drafted treatment plan with consideration for seasonality and my health insurance type, as well as shared ways to optimise skin appearance in every day life. Will definitely come back!

The setting is nice, husband and wife run the business (husband runs front operations, wife runs treatments and consultations)

Paid for two different types of consultations.

– 1st Visit/no treatment, just consultation

Beratung mit Hautanalyse (50 EUR): My first time ever at an aestheticians (or anything medical and skin related, so of course this was new to me and I’m biased). I don’t think the time for this consultation is enough for the price they charge, but that’s what you get with such places in posh and prestige locations. I was recommended a PRP Treatment (Vampire facial) of 3 sessions with a manual face cleanse prior to the treatment.

I did the face cleanse, (which I will write about in the next point) and had requested to talk to Dr. Oxana once more before I did the PRP Facial as the husband rushed our slightly overdrawn consultation of 10 minutes. My PRP was booked for a month later and amidst them going on holiday and coming back, I requested numeral times to talk with the Dr. when she had some time. ‘Yes, yes, we will get in touch when we are back, Promise!’

We are a week ahead of my PRP … Still no call. I guess I am not as important as their top money paying clients.

I called them yesterday to cancel my appointment with hope that they might remember they had promised to call me, but the husband was happy to cancel my booking next week without further thought. It’s a shame, truly. I was routing for you guys!

– 2nd Visit/ treatment: Manuelle Reinigung mit Ultraschall (ca. 100 EUR) I was hoping this would be a bit better than one sees on videos or similar, considering the price. In the end I didn’t even get the Ultraschall because I was told my pores are too deep, it wouldn’t make a difference. There was language barrier between me and the lady that did my facial so I wasn’t able to talk about this further in detail: ie can we then discuss an alternative, if I am not receiving the Ultraschall service for the price I am paying?

I didn’t say anything to Dr. Oxana nor the husband, hoping that this would become evident on its own (as communication amongst their own team would show good workmanship).

My conclusion: I won’t be visiting again. It seems like a money drain to me: conveniently located and minimal costs as you are running a family business. Your customers matter, not just the amount of money they can bring!

I would like to note that I am not the reason that the first consultation took longer than 30 minutes. If I was already waiting for the client before to finish when I arrived, and then there were still interruptions during my consultation time, surely this can’t be seen as the clients (MY) fault. Regardless, I understand you need to back your self here and have nothing against the way you do your business. My review is simply for those that wish to have an understanding of what they CAN expect, but not necessarily will.

As a client facing business (hoping to attract people because you can help, not just take their money) I would have hoped you might have understood the importance of reviews. A non defensive and simple response to ask how you could have solved my problem better would have won you an individual rather than caused havoc. You are meeting “HIGH STANDARDS” of all your clients every day, so I find it a joke that you would single me out to have these. After this response, I don’t have anything good to say about your business. I will leave it at that.

Perfect! Ms. Dr. Zhumykina is an experienced doctor who advises and treats her patients warmly and professionally. The reception is very friendly and attentive and the scheduling is so good that you never have to wait longer than 5 minutes. The practice’s furnishings are stylish and pleasant. I visit Dr. Zhumykina’s practice for years and can recommend her without reservation.

Great clinic and doctor! I highly recommend it.

I wanted a laser procedure to remove acne scars. The results were already in 3 weeks. I regret that I didn’t do it earlier.
