This is the third time that I have come to the Alfa Laser Center for consultations with Doctor Donati, he is always as pleasant, helpful and professional.

Relations with the center are excellent.

Results following the intervention corresponding to what was indicated. Regular support. Very professional follow-up. I can only recommend.

Honestly, nothing to say. I went to see Doctor Elena Mathey for a skin problem that I had had for a while and which was quite persistent. She was very kind and attentive and prescribed a blood test and appropriate treatment. Less than a month and a half later, I had nothing left. So I’m really happy! The person at reception is also very kind and attentive, and they also show pretty images on the screen in the waiting room for anxious people like me. 🙂

So it’s very good! I recommend with my eyes closed!

Meeting with dr Elena Rumyantseva Mathey:

1. The time spent in the waiting room exceeded an hour, in vain, even though the appointment had been made 2 months ago. An unacceptable waste of time.

2. Hygiene level: zero. The doctor allows himself to walk around the office and touch everything at reception without having removed dirty gloves. In addition, the room where she put me was dirty and untidy (used syringes, an open ampoule, etc. on the table).

3. The secretary does not have the right to complete medical questionnaires with patients; she is not an authorized medical staff.

Dr. Elena Ruymantseva is absolutely horrible doctor that will push you to do things that are 100% dangerous and not necessary. On top of that she lacks compassion. Terrible customer service. Not only do we have to wait for long minutes in the waiting room, but we are not even told when a machine is not available. I traveled to the center on purpose (with an appointment planned for several days) only to have it canceled on my arrival without being told even though they had my number! I’m very angry, they wasted my time and during my weekend!

Very good consultation, the doctor takes the time to explain. A warm welcome. I can’t wait to come and start laser hair removal next month!
