Very dissapointed with Asian roots-South Delhi Branch
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services at Delhi branch. They took entire payment of INR 100,000/- before the laser treatment.
After 1st laser sitting, I told them that I am not satisfied & also that I am moving out of India & requested for the refund of my money.
This company doesn’t want to return the money.
Why?
This is my hard-earned money. I am asking my money back for the services not taken because I am not happy with the services.
Thye own me INR 90.000/-

place needs renovation
Used to be a really great spa. Therapists are still very good and well trained, but the place needs renovation. Towels and robes smell oily and old. Bathrooms flood up and you have to wait till the water drains out to continue bathing.
Nice staff
Warm and friendly good massages. Full service hair nail salon. Hair and a all institute.

Both ambience and behaviour is dissappointing
1st visit since the spa shifted and very disappointing not just the ambience but the attitude. While my masseur was good the reception person harshita was tacky and unprofessional. Will never head this way again. Sad downfall.
massage was divine!
I had a deep tissue massage for 60 mins with Lily, the massage was divine! It was elbow and finger pressing deep connected tissues, and She was also carefully dealing with some pressure points, which is what I love but may not be everybody’s cup of tea(can be painful). Truly and Highly recommended!
