Easy to communicate and staff was really good
This was an amazing experience. The doctor spoke very good English. Front office staff was very welcoming to me and my family. Clean. Nice Area. I never felt like I was being up-sold. The doctor used name brand products and it’s was all within the expiry date. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you are on the fence- do it! Gracias Dr. Balmori!

The best in CDMX. I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr. Balmori is a very caring, talented, and empathetic care provider. I really enjoy talking with him and the staff at his office are very professional and super friendly. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for the best in skincare and top notch customer service.
Skilled and Caring Doctor
The best dermatologist in Mexico for sure! He’s comprehensive, understanding, always investing in the latest technology and techniques. I’ve seen numerous doctors throughout the world and must say I have yet to see someone with his expertise and care. His treatments were done with care and he never pushes for more treatments other than what is really necessary to keep a natural, rejuvenated look. He explains it step by step and the whole reasoning behind it.
Trust him 100 per cent!!!
not comfortable and same price as US
The prices are the same as the US (California) for both laser and filler
I was given a price in US dollars, I signed the papers and then after when I went to pay it was 10% more. I was told this 10% more was due to the doctor using a different conversion ratio when he provided the price before the treatment.
I didn’t make a fuss about it at the time and paid it but it rubbed me the wrong way
Also, before my skincare treatment the male doctor alone in the room with me asked me weird questions like how old I was when I first got my period. I’ve never been asked this before for skincare and I’m not sure how it’s relevant
Other than these, it is a good place. For me, I would just stick to my home place where I feel most comfortable
No follow up
I did not see the doctor who made the plan and budget for me again, nor did I ever receive my before and after folder.
No explanation and rushing the process
TERRIBLE SERVICE
From reception care to what is called a specialist (because he is not even a dermatologist). They take a long time to pass you and when you pass everything is super fast and they don’t explain it to you. The toxin and the super poorly applied filler.
They are only dedicated to selling you
