I had a disappointing experience due to Bruna’s lack of professionalism and honesty. I was assured they used Juvéderm fillers, only to find out at the appointment that they didn’t, wasting my time. Instead of taking responsibility for the miscommunication, Bruna blamed Danielle, who was the only professional and transparent part of the ordeal. The poor communication and lack of accountability made the experience frustrating. If you value your time and honesty, I recommend avoiding this place.
