I was overcharged $169.50 for a microneedling treatment and have been chasing a refund for almost a month. Despite polite follow-ups, all I received was a screenshot of the refund request and instructions to “contact your bank,” but no actual resolution. The overcharge occurred due to payment system errors, and now I’m left dealing with their administrative inadequacies. I’m frustrated not by the error itself but by their refusal to verify the refund status with their payment service provider. The lack of accountability and support has made this an unnecessarily stressful experience.
