avoiding me after treatment
Please provide the option for ZERO ratings as you guys are very bad after taking payment from your customers. First of all you put the wrong size patch and when I complained about it next day your person cutted it and now its in very bad condition. I am following with you from last 20 days but nobody is giving solution about it on the call or even on the mail. GUYS DONT GO THERE PLEASE

It’s been a year with berkowits . Services received are good and special mention to Reema with whom I have finally settled to have continued services ahead , after having to change technicians 4 times in 1 yr .Reema is really good at her work and provides customer satisfaction.
lack of accountability
As a doctor, I feel cheated and manipulated by Berkowits Pitampura, particularly by Suruchi Jaggi, who misled me about my package cost, skipped a patch test, and mishandled payments, causing additional charges. Despite paying ₹12,500 for 8 sessions and products, I was later wrongly charged ₹15,000 and faced unprofessional behavior and dodging from staff like Sunita. The lack of accountability, poor service, and subpar products made this a terrible experience—avoid this clinic!
really effective treatment
Great service, and friendly staff! I had booked for full body laser hair removal sessions, and it’s been really effective. Special mention for Reema, the Senior Clinical Technician — she’s great in all her client-dealings.
