Beverly Hills Physicians

The reason I am writing this review is because if anyone else decides to have a surgery here at Beverly Hills Physicians with Dr. Shana Kalaria, please ask for the papers in print and read all of them before signing. I waited a long time to write and post this review because I was hopeful my experience would improve, but it’s remained (and become) worse.

My septum has been deviated since I was child. I decided it was finally time to do something about it in the summer of 2022. I went to two consultations with Dr. Kalaria because she had good reviews. With the two consultations, she instilled a lot of confidence because she only talked about positive outcomes. She said she could fix my deviated septum 100% and that I’d be able to breathe very well after. She never communicated any potential negative outcomes of the surgery. By the second consultation, she really motivated me more to get the surgery done, because again, she only talked about all the positive things.

I had full blind trust in her. I returned after the first two consultations to make the payment for the surgery in June 2022. I had to pay everything in full and in advance of the surgery a few days later. One of her assistants held the tablet and had me sign each page. Because I had full trust in Dr. Kalaria at that point, I just signed. After about 5 minutes of signing all the paperwork, they had me pay the entire cost of the surgery.

I had the procedure done. Later at home, even though I was in a lot of pain, I was happy because I thought I would finally be able to breathe. A couple of days later, I returned to get my splint removed. I asked if it was too soon to remove it, and Dr. Kalaria said no. A few hours later, I noticed a bump where my cartilage had been deviated before. I called the office immediately to let them know and they said not to worry—it was simply inflamed and would correct itself. With the coming days, the bump worsened and it hurt. I called the office, texted them pictures, and they said everything was fine.

Every day it looked worse and I was finally able to get an appointment ~ 3 weeks later. The doctor said, with a smile, “it’s like your cartilage has memory. It went back to where it was.” For me that was terrible to hear because I worked so hard to pay for that surgery, I had used credit, and I felt like I had thrown all my money away. It felt like the pain of the surgery and healing process hadn’t been worth it. Dr. Kalaria said the soonest I could return for an appt was 6-12 months later.

At that appt, now summer of 2023, she told me she could recommend a different doctor to do the surgery again, and I’d have to pay that surgery in full. I haven’t even finished paying off the card I used to pay for the first surgery. I left disillusioned, feeling she did not understand how hard I, a low-income person, had to work to afford the first surgery. Now I can’t breathe at all on the right side of my nose (less than 10%; before I could breathe on that side more, about 50%, AND it hurts).

My wish is for Dr. Kalaria to be honest and present a balanced view of both the positives AND negatives to help her patients make informed decisions that they will have to live with.

I had an excellent experience at Beverly Hills Physicians. I would definitely go back. I was very nervous for my first appointment, but the customer service representatives were friendly and kind. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Ashjian and I love my results. My breasts healed perfectly and feel and look completely natural. Love my breast augmentation results.

My experience at BHP was Great! I went in for a consultation with Dr. Lee And I knew right away he was the Doctor for me. I’ve been looking and doing research on other Doctors for a couple of years now. I wanted a Doctor who was gonna give me very natural results, so when I came across Dr. Lee’s work on IG I loved what I seen. I made a consultation and when we met I knew He was the doctor for me. his energy was great! I felt so comfortable with him. His work speaks for itself. His Tummy tucks are very natural looking from the belly button to the hourglass ⌛ shape. The breast argumentation and BBL also very natural looking. Nothing over done! I myself got a tummy tuck, lipo and Breast. I absolutely LOVE my results. The recovery wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. I will say, when I woke up I did feel so horrible. I was loopy and nauseous (ugh). The pain wasn’t too bad. I literally only took 1 and a half pain pills and that was only to help me sleep the first night. I was up walking and using the restroom on my own the next day. however, u will need help getting up from ur bed. Now, as far as the staff at BHP they are all Great! very friendly, kind and helpful. Iris was wonderful with me. always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The prices here aren’t too bad. they also have promotions often. I honestly recommend Dr.Lee and already have. My friend went to him and I have other family members who will be booking with him.

I decided to have a mommy make over bc I have 5 children and was a surrogate mother so In total I carried 6 babies. It’s me time now! 🤭 I’m ready to have my confidence back and put on those crop tops and bikinis.

I was in search for the perfect surgeon to do my breast augmentation for a year. I had 4 consultations with different providers and I didn’t feel sure about them. I decided to make an appointment at Beverly Hills Physicians. Best decision ever!!! Iris was my consultant and she was just great! She was very attentive and available at all times. I met with Dr. Ashjian and I felt comfortable and welcomed. He was very specific with explaining the procedure and transparent. I felt safe and trusted him so decided to schedule my surgery. I’m 4 weeks post-op and I love my results! I’m so happy! Over all it was a great experience! The staff is amazing and friendly. My nurse was also amazing!! She made me feel safe and was so kind! All Beverly Hills Physicians staff are very professional and respectful. I found this company through a friend’s referral. I was a bit nervous but had a great experience. They answered all my questions about a procedure I’ve been wanting to get for some time now. This group of doctors offer variety of services with affordable pricing and financing options.

Hi I wanted to share my experience with Beverly Hills physicians. This office is awesome I enjoy every single appointment. The staff is great and very helpful. Irís Mora the surgical consultant is very knowledgeable. Juanita the office manager is super sweet greets you with a smile 🙂 The girls in the reception always make sure I’m seen asap. Dr Kevin Hayavi is the best he does all my injectable fillers and my Botox. I love that he always does exactly what I want. I can never complain I LOVE MY lips. I always get very good comments and he takes 10 years off my face. I highly recommend all my friends and family members to Beverly Hills Physicians.
