very bad customer experience and unfriendly
Very poor customer experience due to the low quality of the treatment and the welcome given in this institute: unfriendly attitude and criticism during the treatment concerning my skin, which contrasts with previous and following experiences made in other institutes brands where I encountered gentleness, tact and kindness and no malicious comments or judgments.
Added to this is the fact that a few hours after the treatment a blackhead appeared in a place where I didn’t have one previously or usually! The institute removed the imperfection at my request but I had redness for a few days: clearly not what you expect when booking a treatment and when you have little time to return for a make-up appointment !
Good results and took plenty of time for the treatment
Excellent service for a truly perfect result. I appreciated the fact that the beautician took the time to do all the areas without being too hurried.

Cheerful and communicative staff
An always smiling and courteous welcome, for a very good quality service. It is possible to have a conversation during the session which makes the experience all the more pleasant and comfortable, thank you ladies.
The only downside is the excessive price increase for men’s services, I will certainly come more regularly.
Staff is professional and caring
very professional and great tips provided by the staff. I went there for a waxing treatment 3-years ago and still going today. 🙂
Bad Experience
I have been going to the center for two years, unfortunately very bad experience last Thursday. I had my bikini line waxed, I asked the beautician several times to lower the temperature of the wax because it was hot! In addition, she put wax on a mole, since then I have had pain in my mole which has swollen enormously and I had to consult an emergency dermatologist! It was my last time at the center!!
