I loved the clinic! This is the first time that I experience an aesthetic treatment in Mexico City, and I only have great comments to share.

I came for an anti-ageing and preventive treatment for my underchin, neck and cleavage. It consisted on fractionated radiofrequency followed by Profhilo application, and finished with a Bio-peptide mask.

The evaluation and the treatment was performed by Dr. Berenice Ramirez. She clearly explained all the options and detailed information about the procedures. I am coming back in a month to finish the protocol and for an endolifting for my upper arms. Thank you Body Balance Team😘🥰

The worst service, they changed my appointment twice and when I finally had it, I arrived a little late and they told me that it would be better if they didn’t reschedule me, so if they were going to receive me and they left me waiting for more than an hour, I asked if I had to wait longer and they told me that because I arrived late I needed to wait longer, I better left, the time I waited did not give me a good perception, since it is a place where they do everything, there is no specialist in something, It looks like a clandestine clinic.

The worst. I had a lot of complications with botox. The truth was of no use. And they don’t matter in the end. It was not a good experience. Spend a lot of money for nothing.
