Amazing experience
Have been twice here since it’s opening. Got my haircut done by Manish. Amazing Job! And now Pedicure by Preeti. Same. Amazing! Service and experience here are very good.
Unacceptable behaviour
Extremely disappointing experience at Body Craft. My gel nail refill took 3 hours instead of 1, had poor finishing, and the gel on one finger came off within 4 days. On top of that, they overcharged by refusing to honor the full value of my voucher—unacceptable!
Running a call centre to fool people
Basically they are running a call centre to fool people. It’s not a salon or clinic. They will make you convince to buy this or that package. After the package is sold, they don’t give a shit about services. Don’t get scammed by their calling team. Very rude people and worst services.

Got a hairwash and hair dry from Prashant, great experience. Also, got a pedicure and manicure from Jagriti and Preeti respectively, was an amazing service.
Good staff
Had good experience haircut and facial here. Good staff Preeti, Arhan and Sujan did good Job👌
