This place ruined my skin. I bought a six pack chemical peel and after the first few sessions, my skin became very red, itchy, dry, and flaky. I went in and shared my concerns and the technicians advised I continue with the procedures and that they would handle it. I finished the sessions still having issues, but naively trusting the estheticians and the process. However, just as my skin recovered, it started to flat up again as soon as the seasons changed. I had to go to a dermatologist to treat this and even the dermatologist was shocked when reading the ingredients they combined. Flash forward two years later, I continue to struggle with my skin getting triggered by seasonal changes (usually spring and fall). I never had skin issues prior to coming here and have had chemical peels done in the past by more reputable med spas with no prior issues. Avoid at all costs.

The staff is very friendly and they might have other services that they do a good job but regarding laser hair removal i would give them 1/5 stars. for starters the laser hair removal didnt actually work as after 3 months of my last session the hair started coming back and it is even more brittle. i had to sit through 9 sessions and leave alone a reduction of 80% as they claim, i would be happy with 30-40% reduction.

At two sessions their machine broke down and i was made to wait more than 30 minutes for it to be functioning again. In addition they dont provide proper training for their staff as post treatment care was different depending on which aesthetician was working the session.

Was very hopeful but sadly just didnt work for me so be very careful signing for their laser hair removal services and would definitely look else where.

Even from one session, great results compared to past laser hair removal experiences I have had in other clinics! Everyone from the staff was very professional and kind to accommodate me. Definitely would recommend and look forward to coming back for more sessions.
