Surprisingly Positive Experience After Bad Reviews
I went with some fear because of all the bad reviews… I don’t know if because of those negative reviews, they fired those people, or if they are the same ones but they have already changed their attention chip.
Because since I arrived the doorman is very friendly, the girls at the reception are also very polite… And Dr. Jatziri shows a lot of empathy and knowledge of your needs.
The only thing I would say is that it is very expensive… The consultation is 1,200.
And if they do any treatment, they don’t tell you beforehand how much it will cost and since you’re going to pay, you’re scared to death. 😂
I give 3 stars because it was just my first consultation, if in the subsequent ones I receive the same treatment and see the expected results on my skin, I change it to 5.
Highly Recommended Place, Great Progress
They recommended the place to me and I don’t regret it, I have made very good progress in my treatment and the care is super good.
Dr Jatziri is very professional and attentive.
Ale has treated me for facial treatments, she is very pretty and you can talk to her 😊 it makes the time more enjoyable.
Lack of Honesty and Responsiveness
Very bad experience, from the beginning I made an appointment and they did not have an agreement with my insurance but the guy at the reception assured me that they would give me a discount on my appointment, which in the end was not respected and no one was responsible for that information, time Waiting for more than half an hour after the agreed time, the doctor was very attentive but did not make a detailed consultation, she gave me her phone number for any questions or inconveniences with the treatment and she never answered me, I was really very disappointed.
Poor Attention from Start to Finish
Terrible attention from the moment they greet you at the door, the same at reception. Furthermore, they are not able to respect the appointment times for any patient; Minimum wait 30min delay.
