Then I inform everyone that I was given an estimate (which I did not sign), without mentioning the costs that awaited me after the intervention. Be careful: you are subsequently charged additional costs for unnecessary analyzes that they decide to have carried out by an external laboratory without informing you, without asking your opinion. The laboratory sends you the invoice and you must pay. We tell you that it does not matter because Social Security reimburses 100% (except 2 euros for postal costs, which the customer pays). It’s shameful to see how lightly they take advantage of the system. And above all, be careful because you are charged for unnecessary actions after having given you an estimate that does not include everything.
