Wonderful Free Facial Experience
I was fortunate to be nominated as a breast cancer survivor during their October give back and received a free facial. I am extremely thankful and had the most wonderful experience. Thank you Brooke and team!
Surprisingly Enjoyed My First Facial
I’m a pretty low maintenance kind of guy but my wife pushed me into getting a facial at Chapter. I had a lot of assumptions about spas and was nervous but Anielyn (my nurse) took great care of me. She explained everything she was doing and WHY and helped me understand what simple things I could change to make a huge impact on my skin. The whole space is so open and inviting and a great place to start for the uninitiated. Highly recommend, will be back!
Comfortable and Personalized Experience with Lauren
It was my first time here and I had a great experience. I saw Lauren. Her care and expertise were second to none! She carefully listened to my needs and she made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be going back to see her. Also, the front desk staff was so accommodating and friendly! They were able to answer all of my pre appointment questions. The best experience I’ve ever had at an aesthetic studio, I think I’ve found the only place I’ll go now!
High Prices for Lip Filler and Hair Removal
It was a great deal for the new patients discount (50% OFF) makes no sense 😑.
However, for the members we only get a 15%off, feel it’s not a fair discount especially when it’s a treatment of 4-7 service.
I have not made an appointment due to the high prices for Lip filter and hair removal.
Hope there is a better price or discount for membership in the near future.
Update.. got a call from manager they have new options.. well follow up with outcome.
Finally Happy with My Lip Fillers!
I normally never share reviews but I’m so happy with my results I have to share it!!! Brooke did my lip fillers and I’m in LOVE!! She took her time to understand what I wanted and she did it perfectly! I’ve had lip fillers done before and this was my best experience and results than all my other times. I couldn’t be happier!
Best Lip Filler Experience with Kristin!
I recently visited Chapter Aesthetic Studio for Xeomin and lip filler. I’m thrilled with the outcome! Kristin has an array of characteristics that make her an amazing human.
