Great experience. Dr Danny Del Campo and his staff were amazing, they sat down and listened to my concerns and really did a great job in explaining and educating me on the treatment plan.

At other dermatologists clinics I have always felt like they were rushing in and out, glancing at my skin and writing a prescription to get to the next patient.

This was the complete opposite, my questions and concerns were heard, answered and addressed. I would definitely recommend the Chicago skin clinic.

What an experience! I was skeptical at the beginning since it was my first time at Chicago skin clinic. Fatima, was simply amazing in making sure I received the service and information I needed. Dr. Dany took care of my procedure and he was very informative of my procedure. I felt like I had been going there for years. Amazing staff, and Doctors. I will highly recommend to family and friends! Just simply amazing Customer Service skills!!

She always knows what she’s doing and is ready to answer any questions with confidence and clarity. What truly sets her apart is her caring nature. She always goes the extra mile to ensure I feel comfortable and well-informed. Margaret’s genuine compassion for what she does is evident every single time I have a visit. She truly goes above and beyond, stays on top of learning new medications and is able to help me make informed decisions. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

We had an excellent experience at Chicago Skin Clinic. We walked in Saturday morning and they texted us when it was our turn. Fatima discussed with us the reasons we were there. The doctors diagnosed and set up a plan of what we should try first. They also let us know what we could do if the first plan didn’t work. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional, and prompt. Overall it was a very positive experience!

Terrible! The manager has no management skills. They are refusing emergency walk ins. In addition to that they stopped accepting Cigna insurance without any prior notice.

What bad service, every appointment I attended left me waiting at least 45 minutes despite arriving 15 minutes before the appointment time.

When you call to schedule an appointment, they answer only to leave you waiting for a long time so that in the end, they send you a voicemail.

Very disappointed in your service.
