I began my forehead botox at Clear about two years ago. During the initial counseling, I wanted to do lots of things. But they honestly recommended what to do and what not to do. I ended up waiting for a while till make up my mind. XD I finally did Ulthera last week and Jane was amazing! I can’t wait to see the results!

Having visiting this clinic for one year and a half, I have to say Clear laser clinic is the best! I suffer a lot from my acne pigmentation and Dr Hong unarguably did the best job with a combination of laser treatment. Dr Hong also did amazing Botox on my forehead! You can never go wrong with Dr Hong!

I got my first halo laser treatment few weeks ago. Result is very noticeable and the procedure went through very smooth. Esther guided took care of me from the consultation and even the follow up after the procedure. Clinic was very clean and welcoming with modern interior and friendly staffs.

My experience has been overall very positive! The entire team is incredibly professional and I have always felt comfortable to trust the advice given by Clara during the consultation. The doctors are very kind and clear even though I do not speak Korean. They take time to understand the result you are looking for and do their best to deliver these results. During the appointment they frequently check in on your comfort and communicate what to expect. For follow up appointments to see how the results are going and you should schedule the appointment otherwise they do not push this point. I highly recommend them to friends and newcomers!

Not the best customer service experience while purchasing a special promotion package.

I had called before traveling out of the country for several weeks to arrange the purchase of this special promotion package. Since it could only be bought on 11/22, I was advised to contact them via KakaoTalk (the Korean version of WhatsApp).

On 11/22, I reached out via KakaoTalk but received no response. So I made an international call to the clinic. The person I spoke with said she would send payment instructions via text, so I waited. After 1.5 hours with no response, I had to make another international call to follow up on the purchase. This time, she told me, “We are closing soon. It’s too late for Zelle/Venmo payments; only credit cards with a 5% fee are accepted now.” She didn’t even apologize for forgetting to send the text.

Though frustrated with her attitude, I went ahead and made the purchase just 20 minutes before the promotion ended and paid 5% fee.

Then, 5 minutes before the end of the promotion, I received a response on KakaoTalk with screenshots of the zelle/ Venmo payment instructions and a message saying, “5 minutes left before it ends.”

Such a frustrating and ridiculous experience, poor handlings.

I really recommend thermage here. The nurse practitioner is very experienced. With the numbing cream, I can tolerate better with a 3.5 energy level. My whole face looks tighter after the I finish the treatement. I will come back again.
