I got my face scars treatment done at clinic dermatech. Dr. Anil Malik prescribed the Derma roller and fractional CO2 procedure for the treatment. Results were good. Would definitely recommend this clinic for any skin treatment you’re looking for. They have experienced doctors and staff is quite cooperative.

Excellent, their services are supper good, my treatment was done by Ms. Rashmi, she was quite good practitioner, my all over experience was Excellent.

Got the best power facial done by Nidhi Sharma today. She was gentle and careful specially since my skin is sensitive. Also got laser treatment done on my body, she was very meticulous, did everything patiently. Great experience overall.

I have been associated with Dermatech for various services and been truly satisfied. Special thanks to Kavita ma’am for helping me in addressing my skin issues. Highly recommended 🙂

Broken walls, smelly washrooms, dirty rooms and rude staff at Clinic Dermatech Defence Colony. If it’s for renewal of a service when they need to bill you, the manager would call you up a million times. They would stick with you like a leech. But when it comes to providing a service you won’t see them anywhere. Time and again I’ve got burns from their technicians and all I was told was to put a cream! This time, I’d left my room for two minutes to use the restroom, their staff stole money from my bag! On bringing this up, their manager, Varsha had a come back that you take your bag to our dirty washroom as well. They were completely unapologetic about their behaviour. On asking for a refund of my money paid for the unused sessions, I was told they don’t return the money. Think before you pay money to these people. It’s not worth it!

Absolutely pathetic clinic. Would not recommend it to anyone. Their team has no manners and offer terrible customer service Took a package for full body laser package and not only did they refuse to give me my sessions but also refused to share any records because they lost the file. Varsha from Dermatech is so rude to speak to and these people are scammers and liars.

WORST SCAM CLINIC. Does not respond. ABSOLUTELY USELESS SUPPORT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Would have given a negative if it was possible. I used to have a fairly decent experience until their sister clinic burnt my face, did absolutely nothing and have stopped picking my calls. The branch manager still had some empathy and attended me but the zonal head is an absolutely high headed non helpful, rude person. She clearly doesn’t belong in the service industry. Posting this here so you don’t get scammed and get less than average service for a scam amount. They also have absolutely no service post that to help with anything or offer a compensation.

The quality of service is poor. They charge good money for facial which is for one hour but I got only 25mins, As the beauty therapist was very busy in other things outside of treatment room and was rarely in the room .
