I went in not knowing what I wanted – Gretchen made a plan with me and 3 months later I am AMAZED with the results!! I cannot say enough good things about her, and the spa environment is also amazing! If you want to look your best, Gretchen is your girl!

I have been a patient at their Gold Coast location for about over a year now and I have to say they go above and beyond for their clients. I usually see Lynn and she’s amazing of course. Maria, the receptionist, is always kind, and thank you to the practice manager, Laura, for coming to the rescue recently.

my freedbackback on the service that literally shook me through my core. I had no idea that this is possible. I went in for Botox. They injector after we discussed to only give me a small amount of units because I don’t support well the side effects from overdoing. She gave me double on what we agreed on without any regards I have never experienced anything this unprofessional in my life. Not only that was expecting to pay double. Also, she acted like it was completely normal to act this way and now I’ve been put in the worse situation as this is irreversible

I had a tummy tuck by Dr. Hill and I must say I’m so happy with my results and now feel like a whole new person. Staff is very kind. Candace and Dr. Hill were very prompt with answers to all my questions. My only suggestion would be that maybe he can talk more to his patients about getting lipo all around to enhance the results of the tummy tuck or just suggest other procedures. No fault of his because I got what I came in to get done and I’m very happy about it. I’m just now learning that I could’ve done more to get better results. I will definitely be back to get more procedures done with Dr. Hill.

Called Today 12/1 Gold Coast Location. I was out on hold for 10 minutes!! jazmine kept saying “ I don’t know or let me check” which prolonged our conversation to FOREVER. The social media presence is HORRIBLE && confusing for this company. Calling is no help either you will run around in circles with a know it all… who knows nothing. Wanted to see Rachel but not sure how to schedule with all this incompetence.

Best experience ever! This place is my favorite cosmetic experience hands down. The staff could not be nicer & everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable and attentive. I highly recommend Concierge aesthetics and plastic surgery!

Nadia is SO professional and runs the place with hospitality in mind. PLUS the newly designed space feels awesome! I feel so safe and comfortable having my skincare needs addressed, whether it’s Botox, Microneedling or Fillers. Top notch!!

I had such an amazing luxury experience getting Botox with Lisa. Not only did she provide excellent service, she also took the time to give me education about preventative measures specific to my skin and lifestyle. Such as sunscreen ingredients, daily antioxidant consumption, and what to make sure I have in my daily moisturizer.

I truly learned a lot of useful information that I consider priceless.

On top of being extremely professional, Lisa also was personable and light hearted. We shared a few laughs and I definitely plan on going back to her again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
