I arrived ten minutes before my appointment for laser hair-removal. They made me wait an hour and ten minutes. I understand that they were short staffed, but it would have been helpful if they were upfront about it.

Once I went inside the lady who did the laser hair removal was very efficient and kind.

I am not sure if I will go back.

The reception staff is terrible, you have an appointment at a specific time and they make you wait 1 hour and in the end you are only in the office for 5-10 minutes, Dr. Rafa needs to explain well what each product is going to do for you! They don’t give you an appointment to see how you improve! You have to pay again!

We fall into deception because we only see the profile of Dr. Rafael and his success stories, that is why we schedule an appointment, but we need to investigate more and realize that they provide bad service!

On June 8 I had an appointment at 11 am at the Coyoacán branch for laser hair removal: arms, legs, armpits, half face and bikini, however I already had a paid arm session that had been pending since last year. The receptionist told me that he did not have it registered and showed me receipts, however, on the ballot where they write down the records that the patients signed, they noted the missing arms there. I planned to pay for the rest of the body parts for hair removal, however I left very disappointed because they gave me no solution and showed no interest. I understand that the administrations and the girls who do the hair removal are changing, however I recommend that you take greater control of what you have, especially for clients who pay for sessions in advance, as is my case, and who do not regularly go for hair removal. . I was their client since 2021 and I loved the service, however with this situation I will not go again, since the service is not cheap and the arm waxing was pending.

It doesn’t work for me. (I mention this to the doctor and he sells me the prescription so that I can buy the medication he prescribed for me, although that’s why I went to the doctor.)

Be careful and ask if the medication you are given needs a prescription because the one he gave me doesn’t work.

The receptionists are not friendly and the doctors are incompetent. My sister had been a patient for a year without any kind of improvement. Seeing no improvement, we sought a second opinion and it turned out that not even the diagnosis they gave my sister was correct. They make you buy both routine and laser treatment with them…we are looking for a way to report or call the authorities because it was evidently medical negligence and for profit.
