highly disappointed
Very big disappointment. I visited as I knew that he works with an excellent plastic surgeon Mr. Kalogerakis and I was expecting to find a decent practice on Panepistimiou. No relation. €250 for full body laser hair removal without a trace of receipt. It really didn’t burn a single hair on me. I waited 20 days for my hair to fall out and see a result but absolutely nothing. I left with more hair than before while in maintenance. They ruined my summer. I called the manager and she said they would do a laser with the traditional head without paying (from what I understand). I went there to be seen by the girl who also found that my hair was not falling out and said she would ask the manager if I could get laser done without paying and then they would call me to make an appointment. No one ever called me. After a few weeks I went to the doctor’s office to ask what had happened and a man at the reception told me that my hair had fallen out, I just don’t understand what I’m seeing, that you have to do it several times to see results with this laser and that it doesn’t the machine burns the hairs so it makes sense that they were left on my body, in general he had an unprofessional, misleading speech with absolutely no intention to find a solution and help a customer (I had manifested many times to the girls interesting to do other treatments in their clinic). The worst thing I have encountered in a laser in Athens and very expensive, they tell you some things before you do it and others after. Shame and shame on the owner who grabs 200 arica from students and has no intention of serving them. Not even outside.

One of the girls told me not to bother with the fluff because hair will come out and then it will be a double trouble and my other girl used to shave it herself and go through it and in the end it did indeed come out. Anyway, when I went the first time to pay by card, I was not informed from anywhere that the price is without VAT, so I have to give cash if I want it, otherwise I would pay more every time I had to find an ATM to withdraw money :/
