Dr. Cerrati did an excellent job
After a difficult thyroidectomy left me with significant scarring, Dr. Cerrati did an excellent job removing the scar tissue and improving my skin’s appearance. He was thorough, understanding of my anxiety, and made the process reassuring. While there were minor communication issues with the office staff, the results were fantastic, and I’m thrilled with how my scar looks now!

His personalized care, including providing his cell number for recovery questions, was greatly appreciated. While the laser didn’t address my brown spots and early ear piercing caused minor issues, the overall outcome was fantastic—highly recommend!
