There are some places who try and create a feeling of being good by making people wait . When u visit this place you will find a huge waiting but not because the doctor is very popular but because they deliberately create a rush because of not having a proper appointment system and by giving incorrect information to patients. I Get very worried when I see doctors who don’t care about their patients . Beware of such places !

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Lipy Gupta as she rushed through my consultation without thoroughly examining my skin or providing a detailed diagnosis. The generic prescription and unapproachable communication left me feeling unsupported. For Rs. 1000, I expected a more personalized and patient-focused approach—will be seeking another dermatologist.

I take a treatment on acne scar they have done micro needling sessions? But I don’t get any means 0.1 % change my skin so i have spend 20k it’s waste of money to go.

Went for a consultation today for my skin. This was my first consultation and it felt very rushed and felt like she was trying to get me to leave as soon as possible. I tried speaking more to talk about my other concerns but she said that they will be addressed in the next consultation. I don’t feel satisfied with the consultation. I have been to dermatologists before and they thoroughly examine your skin before prescribing anything. She had a cursory glance at my skin and started writing down medications. There were absolutely no explanations given about which medicines are for what and when the medications are to be taken, felt very dissatisfied after.

Worst experience..worst coordination of staff..told us on phone to come walk in and when we reached we asked to wait for 2 hrs just for consultation which was not told on phone..never will recommend this doctor..don’t value others time..wastage of time..
