The doctor masters the aesthetic and dermatological subject perfectly, she illustrates in a pleasant and patient way the medical terms that are difficult for the general population to understand, and the treatment is very warm and friendly. The facilities reflect a feeling of prosperity for the short or long time you can stay in the office. And it’s leaving me beautiful. Advisable.

I attended with her since May of this year (2023) I attended because my hair was falling out a lot. I have been using the treatment (mesohair) for 6 months and it is longer, more nourished, manageable… I really highly recommend it. 🩷

The best dermatologist. Make short, medium and long-term proposals based on each particular case. As for the treatment, none had worked for me like the one she indicated, and I had gone to many dermatologists with no effective response. The microincisions with exosomes that I performed helped me a lot to fade the acne scars on my face and regain firmness.

I recommend her 100 percent.

To go to Lula Derma you have to consider that they will serve you at the wrong time. It doesn’t matter that you arrive on time for your appointment.

The receptionist is somewhat distracted by the administration, but very friendly.

Suddenly they change dermatologists without telling you. And although they argue that your file is in their base, the derma that just arrived (in July) is not interested and that is why I no longer went. I wish Dr. Hady Trujillo had not left, she is excellent and I really felt like she cared about my case.

She attended to me three times and Dr. Lula once (she is almost gone). It’s a shame that Hady is gone because her treatment gave me results. 😭

Not recommended without Doctora Lula. Poor customer service—$90 CAD wasted. I came from Canada expecting a reliable option but got referred to someone who didn’t explain the process, using Google images instead.
