At Elase – Sugarhouse, I was completely impressed with their helpfulness and professionalism . The ambiance is always inviting and comfortable. My Hydrafacial treatment last month by Caelan was very relaxing and did wonders for my skin! She did an awesome job! Highly recommend!

The laser machine used was outdated, with a small nozzle making the process slow and unusually painful. Despite the staff being kind, the experience was far from satisfactory. I will not return for laser treatments here.

I had a terrible experience at Elase Spa in Sugarhouse. The Botox treatment was rushed and appeared ineffective, with no visible results despite being charged $800. When I called to address my concerns, the response was dismissive—an incredibly disappointing experience!

I adore all of the staff and aestheticians here! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I have gotten to know Gintare over the last year and she is amazing at giving me the results that I hope for. She is so knowledgeable, and really listens.

Given the significant cost and time investment, it’s reasonable to expect thorough and attentive service. Management should ensure higher standards to improve customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend Elase in Sugarhouse and, in particular, Gintare for injectables. Gintare is knowledgeable, kind and patient. She is an expert at what she does and I no longer dread my Botox treatments. The spa itself is beautiful, calming and meticulous and the staff are professional, courteous and welcoming.
