The results from laser treatment with Dr. McClean to treat my unique skin condition are noticeable! I had a very positive experience visiting the clinic and meeting Dr. McClean twice from out of town. I would highly recommend Dr. McClean’s services!

I’ve been a loyal patient for years, but recent administrative issues at this clinic have been frustrating. My rescheduled appointment was mishandled, with no openings for over a month, and my deposit refund has been delayed with no clear answers. The decline in organization and service has been deeply disappointing.

Ridiculous booking policy
Most ridiculous booking policy I’ve ever seen. Ive been to Dr Taylor many times in the past but won’t be in the future because of the new booking/cancellation policy. Dr. attempting to create a new revenue stream. Not cool.

This clinic has drastically declined since moving to their new location, prioritizing profits over ethical treatment of patients. My 71-year-old mom was charged nearly $9k upfront for a procedure she couldn’t undergo due to medical issues, and the staff refused to cooperate until we contacted their corporate entity. The experience was stressful and disappointing, losing the trust of a loyal family of customers forever.

My experience with Dr. McClean for eyebrow microblading removal at Gateway Laser was outstanding. She was warm, transparent, and reassuring, making the quick, effective procedure surprisingly comfortable. I’m thrilled with the immediate results and fully trust her for future treatments.
