Lot of noise during masssage
The “relaxing” massage stressed me out more. A lot of noise all the time. At the reception with loud music, people talking and laughing in the hallways, external construction noises, even the music they play in the cabin that should be soft, at a very high volume! Quite the opposite of what one goes.
The massage was very bad, the girl had cold hands, the oil was equally cold and of poor quality. We better not even talk about the massage technique…
I still hadn’t finished dressing to leave the cabin, when they suddenly came in to pressure me because they already had another service.

NIce and Friendly staff
Very nice and friendly attention from all the staff at reception.
They don’t make you wait and they pick you up super punctually, the facilities are very nice. I had a massage with Sheila and it was excellent.
Really good massage
I had a relaxing massage with Sayuri and it was incredibly relaxing. I experienced several techniques that I had never been given before and they felt great. The only bad thing is that I was doing very well getting away from addictions and now I am addicted to Sayuri’s massages! 😊😂🙏🏽
Personalized care
The service is super good, personalized. They are very friendly, you end up totally satisfied. I loved visiting your spa, I will be returning soon 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
No refund policy
The place is nice but you have to analyze very carefully if you are going to take the treatment because they ask for an advance and if for some reason you want to cancel the treatment they do not refund it.
They keep it even though you contact them to request a refund.
