So beyond disgusted by the receptionist today. My mom was a long time client here and she just passed away. When they refused to see me because Dr. Gidon only does “surgical dermatology,” I told her maybe she could squeeze me in for a quick check up on something Dr. Gidon has been looking at for years. The receptionist said , “yeah I know about your mom but she won’t see you bye.” Not even a – We are sorry for your loss!?! Shocking how they treat long term customers because I honestly expected more. Hoping for an apology at the very least.

Dr. Gidon is the best in the area. I had my Botox done. She is extremely professional and caring, and I’m 100% satisficed with the outcome. I highly recommend her.

You do not want Martie as your dermatologist. I never post reviews but Dr. Martie Gidon does not deserve your time / money. I felt I did not receive any care for my problems, rather I was coming monthly and paying for a solution that did not work, and in fact made the problem worse. When I finally suggested I stop trying, it was not met Martie by with sympathy or curiosity for other solutions, but rather dismissal. There are so many great doctors that will actually care about you, your problems, and seek more than just money.. please find someone better than Martie.
