Haus is a beautiful & comfortable space. Jackie and Kennedy are a great team. Very knowledgeable about different treatments. Tristan begins and ends your visit with excellent customer service.
scheduled for the wrong service
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this clinic after being mistakenly scheduled for the wrong service. Driving 40 minutes only to be turned away without a solution or rescheduling was frustrating and unacceptable.
Will not be getting filler here
This was my first time getting lip filler done here. I do not love how they turned out.. We had to dissolve an area at my two week touch up that looked like a lump and gave me a ducky look. They are healed and I’m still not in love with the look of my lips. Will not be getting filler here.
Clinic is disorganized
While the staff is super friendly and welcoming, the clinic is disorganized and lacks clear communication. I experienced confusion about my laser appointment and wasn’t properly informed about the necessary prep despite multiple reminders. Their friendliness doesn’t make up for the lack of adequate service and preparation guidance.
Everyone was so nice
Everyone was so nice and Aysia did a great job with my dysport. Very impressed and will be coming back!
