The staff was unapologetic, and the manager was dismissive when I tried to raise my concerns, claiming she was “too busy.” Their attitude towards clients is unprofessional and unacceptable. I get my medi facials done from House Of Aesthetics. Instead of going to a salon i just visit here once in a month, bcoz my skin got ruined when i used to get salon facials done and there is no comparison between a clinic and salon. Dr. Neha check my skin every time when i go and accordingly plan everything. Therapist here very professional and they know what they are doing and they use medicated products only. I love visiting here and will continue to do so. Thankyou team for the great experience.

When I raised this issue, the manager rudely stated she was too busy with an event to address my concerns, despite knowing I had a flight back to London the next morning. The staff’s attitude is appalling, and the clinic’s practices feel deceitful and exploitative. Save your money and go elsewhere—this place is an absolute sham.
